International Women’s Day is globally celebrated to recognize all that women have achieved, in the social, economic, cultural and political realms. And there’s something new to celebrate this year! The 8th of March 2022 invites all people to rally for women’s equality and gender parity, under the banner of #BreakTheBias.
Bias makes moving ahead very difficult for many women and a little action – in terms of breaking the bias – goes a long way towards leveling the playing field.
In the words of John Lennon: Imagine…
…Imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated.
